45's lawyer Giuliani has made a claim that there was a county in Pennsylvania that had more ballots cast for Biden than had registered voters. But refused to identify the specific county, saving it for a court case,* which he lost because there was no evidence to support the lie.

The problem is that all this is public information. But not in an easily dropped spread sheet form. But if you have the time and inclination, the information can be had.

I started to do all the counties, but that would take half of my morning. So I just listed all the counties that voted for Biden.

Referencing a PA Government web site for Actual Ballots Cast, you can divine the truth. In short there are no counties with more ballots than registered voters.

Here is a summary of the counties that voted for Biden and their numbers. Note that ballots cast mean all ballots, not just for Biden. Which makes this lie even more egregious.

In the remaining counties, 45 had the majority, so obviously, no chicanery occurred in them.

* Giuliani seems to like these secret reveals.  Though has yet to produce even one.  He also makes the claim he has a secret witness that the attack on Congress on Jan 6 was false flag operation organized by the Lincoln  Project.  A claim that Steve Bannon thought was ridiculous.  

Thank about that.  Steve Bannon, the right wing ideologue, was the voice of reason here.
